Quick answers to the policies every client should know before we create together.

When does my turnaround officially begin?

Your project begins only after full payment and all required project details have been received. Standard turnaround is 5-10 business days, Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Do you offer rush turnaround?

Yes. A 24-hour rush is +$150 and a 3-business-day rush is +$75. Rush timing begins once full payment and all required project information have been received.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All sales are final and Her Viral Visuals does not offer refunds. This includes cancellations, inactive orders, changes of mind, or a project being discontinued due to disrespectful or inappropriate client behavior.

What happens if I stop responding during my project?

Inactive projects require a reactivation fee to continue: up to 4 business days = 10% of the original order total, 5-7 business days = 50%, and 8+ business days = 100% of the original order total.

How many revisions are included?

Every order includes 2 free revisions. A revision is a minor adjustment that keeps the original creative direction, such as a color, font, photo, wording, spacing, sizing, or small layout change. Additional revisions are $15 each.

What is considered a direction change?

A direction change is a major shift that requires the established design or concept to be significantly reworked. Direction changes are $30 each, or $50 each for site designs, and are not included within the free revisions.

Will my project be posted?

Yes. Work created by Her Viral Visuals may be shown on our website, social media, portfolio, or promotional materials. If you want your project to remain private and not be posted, a $100 Privacy Fee is required.

Do returning clients receive a discount?

Yes! Returning clients receive $10 to $85 off their comeback order with a personal discount code created specifically for them. Personal returning-client codes cannot be shared or transferred.
